    Housekeeping was slow, leaving our room unclean until late afternoon. We returned to find broken glass on the floor, which posed a safety issue. Poolside service was lacking, as it took ages for anyone to acknowledge our request for water. Frustrating experience overall!

    The poolside service needs attention

    The hotel impressed with its modern design and high-quality dining experiences. We loved the comfort of the luxurious sun loungers and the variety of premium drinks available.
